LOFI Anxiety (Ableton Effect Rack)

LOFI Anxiety is a multi-effect rack for beat mangling and sound design. It's made of two different effect modules which can be separated and swapped around. Let's go over the controls!

PITCH ± - A pitch shifter that goes from -24 to +12 semitones.

PITCH ~ - This controls the overall tone of the pitch shifter. Lower values sound better with lower pitches, and higher values sound better with higher pitches. (Higher values will result in extreme latency!)

LOFI % - A downsampler that is actually quite subtle until it's really cranked.

DRIVE dB - A saturator that can add subtle edge or massive distortion.

COMP % - A compressor designed to make drums really pop. Turning the knob to 127 causes the compressor to act more like a distortion unit.

COMP √ - This controls the overall envelope shape of the compressor. Lower values result in faster attack and release times, while higher values result in slower attack and release times.

DRUNK DJ - Meet your very own alcoholic jukebox! It is barely capable of many different styles and genres. DDJ is really the icing on the cake that is LOFI Anxiety. It includes various SFX that many DJs tend to incorporate into their sets to liven up their beats. DRUNK % - How drunk do you want it? This control increases the amount of whichever SFX is chosen.
